Karen was a best friend since 3rd grade. She had a wonderful Norwegian family. Once married and with children she was a loving wife and a wonderful mother. She was active with her boys sports in soccer, basketball and baseball. Her career was at Social Security. Her life was filled with helping others. She and her family traveled extensively in Norway, Europe and the U. S.
She stayed positive through 2 years of fighting cancer, was not in great pain and continued to help others. She was always interested in everything and always had an adventure. She and her husband had a nice life and a lovely home in an apple orchard in Sebastopol, CA.
